• Pre- Screening of candidates .
• Complete information sharing with candidates about the client, role, salary & benefits .
• Pre- assessment of documents like the passport & other documentation work .
• Meeting up with candidates (wherever possible).
• Local presence of one of our Team member during the travel of interviews (whenever required or possible) .
