On receiving a job requirement, we advertise in print
media and on the internet and also refer our data bank.
On receiving applications we screen the profiles, on
basis of job description provided by employer, company
needs, policy, and salary. If required we also conduct
TRADE TEST. Subsequently, we arrange for an interview
with the client. If the company is not able to send
their HR to conduct interview, we select candidate and
place them. We also guarantee the skill of the candidate
and undertake free replacement in the case candidate
is found unsuitable by the client. In addition we give
a free replacement guarantee if candidate leaves within
3 months.
