Subsequently, we arrange for an interview with the client. If the company is not able to send their HR to conduct interview, we select candidate and place them. We also guarantee the skill of the candidate and undertake free replacement in the case candidate is found unsuitable by the client. In addition we give a free replacement guarantee if candidate leaves within 3 months.
